Founded in March 2017, Pioneering Change, Inc. is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) community action organization committed to creating lasting, positive change by empowering individuals, strengthening families, and transforming communities. We believe that meaningful community transformation begins with people. By educating, empowering, and inspiring individuals, we help cultivate engaged citizens, stronger families, and thriving neighborhoods.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that sustainable change occurs when residents, community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and government agencies unite around a shared vision. Through collaboration, leadership, advocacy, and service, we work alongside community stakeholders to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and create opportunities that improve quality of life for all.

Residents possess the knowledge, experience, and commitment needed to shape solutions that reflect their community's unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
